1. Mini Reds Program U4-U6

Our mini reds program is designed to be fun and developmental. We focus on the following aspects:

2. Pre-Academy U7-U8A

The pre-academy programs for U7-U8 boys and girls are crafted to introduce young players to ‘The Liverpool Way’ through a carefully designed curriculum, in a safe and fun environment.

3. Foundation Phase U9-U11

From the ages of U9-U11, coaches use drills from the ‘Foundation Phase’ of our curriculum. The sessions are crafted to develop the player’s technical ability, decision making and creativity at an early age so they develop the required tools to transition into the next phase of their development.

  • Develop physical competency in agility, balance, coordination and speed.

4. Youth Development Phase U12-U16

From the ages of U12 to U16, our coaches use drills from the ‘Youth Development Phase’ of our curriculum. The sessions are designed to continue building towards technical proficiency while introducing tactical concepts that will further their development into young adults.

Our concentration on five key components:

  • In Possession
  • Out of Possession
  • Counter Attacking
  • Counter Defending
  • Attacking & Defending Set Plays

We work through these moments by coaching in five-week cycles that educate the players on different facets of the game and create complete players and teams that can flourish.

5. Professional/Collegiate Development Phase U17-U19
