Chevening Scholarships enable exceptional young leaders from all around the world to pursue a one-year master’s degree in the UK.
Although there is no such thing as a “typical” Chevening Scholar, we are looking for individuals with the motivation, contacts, and influence to provide the leadership and solutions necessary to create a better future.
Since flights, housing, and course fees are all paid by these scholarships, you are free to focus on achieving your professional goals and making the most of the once-in-a-lifetime event. You will stay and attend school in the UK for a year.
You will develop professionally and intellectually, make a lot of connections, learn about UK culture, and forge enduring ties with the UK throughout that period. After completing your studies, you will have the knowledge and connections needed to develop your own unique ideas.
Does Chevening cover living costs?
A stipend is the amount of money that Chevening gives you to help with living and maintenance expenses each month. Your stipend is simply calculated to cover your basic expenditures and is meant to cover fair living expenses in the UK while you are enrolled in full-time coursework.
