The East Legon Football Academy’s head office is located at 75 Boundary Road, East Legon, in Accra, Ghana. It was foundered in 2019 by Wilson Yeboah Danso, a prominent Ghanaian businessman.

The academy accepts both local and international youths to become future soccer champions. It aims to help young, talented footballers reach their full potential and become global players.

It has well equipped  training facilities to train and educate young footballers faster and better and provide them with basic facilities and football kits. East Legon is one of the best football academies in Ghana seeking for players to recruit.

2. Right to Dream Academy

Right to Dream is a well-known football academy in Ghana, located at Old Akrade near Akosombo and has a training system similar to Ajax Youth Academy.

The football school was established in 1999 by Tom Vernon, a former Manchester United scout, as a non-profit organization in Accra, Ghana.

It has nurtured footballers such as Kamaldeen Sulemana, a Southampton winger, and Mohammed Kudus, West Ham United’s midfielder.  Right to Dream offers quality  training and world-class education to children aged 11 to 18.

They also have a girls’ academy that trains young, talented girls in improving their skills. The girls’ academy has produced graduates like Princess Marfo, who plays for FC Nordsjaelland.

Right to Dream does not require registration fees. Instead, they offer full scholarships to young and talented footballers are accepted during trials.

3. West African Football Academy

The West African Football Academy (WAFA) is known to provide top-notch skills to members. It is also prominent as the biggest football academy in Ghana.

It was founded in 1999 and is one of the oldest football academies in Ghana. The academy offers formal education and comprehensive training in football, like technical drills, teamwork, fitness, and tactical awareness.

The West African Football Academy has many products such as  like Mohammed Abubakari, Harrison Afful, Joseph Amoah, and Christian Atsu. WAFA does not charge registration fees for applicants. They announce their recruitment on their social media page and admit the successful applicants.

4. Legon Hills Sports Academy

Legon Hills Sports Academy was founded n 2016 for young Ghanaian footballers to advance through football careers. .

Additionally, it empowers the young Ghanaians. The academy has its office at Presec Legon, Alumni and Mentorship Centre in Accra, Ghana.

The football academy has comes with student facilities, academic support, and experienced coaches to groom young talented footballers. They train boys between the ages of 10 to 16 years.

5. Gold Coast Football Academy

Gold Coast Football Academy is an international football academy based in Kumasi. It was established in 2019 by Bob Gyasi, his elder brother Gordon Gyasi, Daniel Nsiah, and Derek Amoateng.

The academy equips young players with skills and knowledge to develop their talent and build a professional football career.

The football academy is located at 13/B Fanchinebra in Kumasi, Ghana. To apply for enrollment into the academy, one has to pay 20 Ghana Cedis for the trial application form.

You can also pay 70 Cedis for the application form and accommodation or 120 Cedis for an additional two meals per day.

  1. I want to a join a specific football academy but my parents wouldn’t allow me and I also like football and we’ll talented person. I want to join right to dream academy, but there’s no way my parents will agree so if I’ll get the scholarship my parents will agree so that I can also showy talent
